We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped, and you can expect it to arrive within 4-7 business days. So, the total delivery time is typically 5-10 business days. Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom.

No, we offer free shipping across the United Kingdom. You won’t have to pay any shipping fees, regardless of the size of your order.

4. What shipping method do you use?

We use our own Free Shipping method to deliver all orders. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will be sent via a reliable UK shipping carrier. We ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order after I’ve placed it?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible to ensure quick delivery.
